A man was allegedly arrested by the Polokwane police for killing his step father. This happened after step father assaulted his mother
According Limpopo Police Spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba, the suspect's mother was assaulted on Saturday.
Limpopo Police Spokesperson Colonel Malesela Ledwaba says that preliminary investigations have revealed that the suspect was visiting the couple at the man's home on a farm, when he found his mother with injuries after she was assaulted by her partner.
Colonel Malesela Ledwaba says that the suspect raged over the incident and that resulted in a physical altercation.
Malesela Ledwaba says that the Police have arrested the suspect at his home and he is expected to appear before Lephalale Magistrate's Court today facing a charge of murder.
