Two Boer men have appeared in court over the dog biting of their employee at Groblersdal
It is alleged that the two Boer men accused of setting dogs on their employee Veneruru Kavari, a Namibian national, appeared in the Groblersdal Magistrate’s Court in Limpopo yesterday.
The father and son Piet Groenewald and Stephan Greef are facing charges of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm. The incident has sparked racial tensions in the small town of Groblersdal, with community members and supporters of different political parties protesting outside court.
