A grade 11 learner from Hwiti Secondary School was stabbed to death after writing exams at Mankweng, Limpopo Province

MANKWENG : According to Seshego and Moletjie news a grade 11 learner at Hwiti Secondary, Thapelo Maluleka was stabbed and killed on Thursday, 8th of June 2023 in Mankweng outside Polokwane. According to the report given, he was stabbed after writing his june exams. It is further said that, the young man was involved in a certain fight before he get stabbed.
South Africa does have a huge problem with young people fighting with knives in schools. Today's youth are controlled by drugs and alcohol. What happened to Thapelo Maluleka is truly painful. And this learners they don't listen to their teachers anymore. When a student stabs and kills another student this shows that the world is rotten indeed. He will be laid to rest this coming weekend. His memorial service was held yesterday. May his soul rest in peace
