Injured at work and unpaid: After a signage board fell on her at work, HLTC construction refused to pay Candice Letlalo her full payment  as well as the hospital bills

HLTC construction company at the Vivo line in Limpopo province has refused to pay their employee Candice Letlalo her entitlements after a signage board fell on her back while on duty. 

 Foreman mr Elias and safety officer mr Mathevhula lied that Candice was working where she was not supposed to work at the time of the incident, and also lied to the doctor that Candice was not seriously injured.  So far they have not paid her wages for not coming to work when they know fully well that she sustained injuries at work.  This injury caused Candice to bleed and this will cause permanent damage to her. According to the report HLTC construction does not follow labor law they do not consider their workers.

After contractors' signage board fell on Candice while working at Vivo road construction project, she was helped by two passersby, who lifted the board on top of her and said it was too heavy.  They took her out from under the signage board and called a taxi driver to pick her up and put her on the side of the road and Mr Mathevula the safety officer was not there, they were working on a saturday in the absent of the safety officer .

 After the injury they took Candice who looked seriously injured in a taxi, they left Vivo to Kgobokanang to see Elias the foreman, Mr Seakamala told him that they are carrying  their employee who was  seriously injured and she was fell by a signage board, and it's not their job to take care of injured people their job is to carry staff, so  take your injured employee to the clinic as her foreman.

Foreman saw that Candice was injured but did nothing to help , he didn't even call an ambulance, he just pretended not to see anything, because he ordered the taxi driver to take their employee to the clinic and he didn't go with them because he told them that he is at work.  The taxi driver took Candice to the Indermark clinic because the foreman refused to call for emergency help.

 When they arrived at the clinic they told them that the person was seriously injured and needed to be taken to the hospital for immediate treatment.
 According to the law HLTC  have to pay the hospital bills and pay Candice for all her working days but they have not paid the hospital bill, and Candice has not received all her working days money, they said, she did not work, how can someone work when she is injured and  injured at work.
 Safety officer Mr Mathevula wrote a false report about Candice in the hospital, he wrote that Candice is suffering from head and back pain, according to the report the safety officer went to the hospital alone without talking to Candice and lied, he filled out an injury report without Candice's permission. The safety officer has to explain why he filled out the injury report at the hospital without informing Candice.  Mathevhula told Candice not to go to dr Venter because he is a fake doctor.
 When Candice asked Mathevhula why he filled out her doctor's report in her absence, Mathevhula said, he was helping her because he lives next to the hospital and that's why he went nearby to fill out injury report for her at the hospital.  Sadly they robbed candice of her working days, she didn't get all her money.  There are other two workers who fought at work and they worked only four days but they got all their money.  But the employee who got injured on duty was cut off.
 According to another report in construction they  told councilor Motsoko saying Candice was working where she should not be working .

 Foreman refused to take Candice to the hospital after falling off a signage board.

 Candice vomited blood after a signage board fell on her, however safety officer mr Mathevula lied to the doctor that Candice was having head and back pains.

 The safety officer of HLTC visited hospital alone and lied about his colleague. 

 HLTC did not pay Candice all of her money.

 HLTC did not even pay for hospital expenses.
 How can a municipality give a tender to an irresponsible company like that.

 The safety officer Mr Mathevula threatened Candice that if she went to the doctor of her choice , they would not pay the hospital bill. 

 Mr Mathevula safety officer said the famous Dr Venter in Senwabarwana is a scam
