Limpopo Anti-Smuggling Team has allegedly arrested two male for stealing a vehicle
It is alleged that, the provincial commissioner of police in Limpopo, Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe, has praised the Anti-Smuggling team for their hardwork and dedication throughout the current anti-smuggling operation.
Police said, they received tip off about a stolen Toyota Fortuner 2.8 valued at R900 000, and was going to be transported illegally into Malawi through the Beitbridge border post.
Police report says, a car was stolen at Bedfordview, Gauteng Province. Two men were aged 33 and 36 were arrested at the spot. They appeared before Polokwane Magistrate's Court today. The police investigation is still continuing.
