Residents of Indermark are warned to beware as there are thieves breaking into people's houses at night, stealing valuable items and cellphones

According to Mma-Maputla, a resident of Indermark village in Ngatana's Newstand line, people broke into her house through a window and stole two cellphones and all the braaipacks in the fridge.  She explained that she feel unsafe because the robbers entered her house through a window while she was asleep. The robbers allegedly rob women who live alone.

The Story

 "On Saturday it was about 11pm and I was sitting outside because it was very hot in the house, so there were people walking in the street, boys walking around the street often but they were same people wearing the same clothes . At 01:00 o,clock, I went into the house to sleep. On Sunday morning at 02:10 am I heard a girl screaming, 'please help me' , and I went through the curtain to see, I saw this girl walking with three boys, but I didn't know who the girl was because she was screaming for help while she was diving."

 " I thought they were tarven people, I went to sleep again that's when I felt asleep, I was very sleepy , and then someone came in through the back room window, into the sitting room he found the two cellphones  in the charging point and took them both, when he finished he went into the kitchen and took all the braaipacks in the fridge, She said."

What we found 

It is understood that next door to Maputla's house live unknown people, it is suspected that this people are the ones who robbed her, because they were watching her moves. It is alleged that the house is full of chicken and dove feathers, the floor is full of used condoms to show that it is a playground for thieves.

What Else 

Residents are advised to beware of vacant houses as they are a breeding ground for criminals.  Because thieves use those houses to sleep and destroy people.  This means that the people who robbed Maputlas are the ones who go about robbing people in Indermark.
