East London: Sibongile Mani sentenced to five years in jail today at East London regional court. She was found guilty of defrauding Nsfas last year. Mani was sent over 14. M mistakenly by Nsfas and she withdrawn R800 000 and spent it on herself. However, the state wanted her to be sentenced for 15 years.
